Because Vampyrism.com sells digital courses and digital educational materials, all of our products are delivered electronically and provide instant access upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No Refunds for Digital Products

All purchases of digital courses, downloadable content, and online training materials are non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or credit under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to use the digital course
  • Change of mind
  • Inability to access the course due to customer-side technical issues
  • Incorrect understanding or expectations of the course content

2. Immediate Access Acknowledgment

By purchasing a digital product, you consent to:

  • Immediate access to the content, and
  • Waiving your right to a withdrawal or “cooling-off” period, where applicable under consumer protection laws (such as EU/UK digital content law).

This acknowledgment is required during checkout and is fully compliant with international e-commerce regulations for digital goods.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems with accessing your digital content, we will assist you to ensure you receive what you purchased. However:

  • Technical assistance does not constitute grounds for a refund.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software, devices, and internet connection to access the course materials.

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the exact same product more than once, contact us within 48 hours. In verified duplicate-purchase cases, we may issue store credit at our discretion. This is the only exception to our no-refund policy.

If you believe your payment method was used fraudulently:

  • Please contact your payment provider immediately.

We will collaborate with payment processors and law enforcement if needed.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for valid, delivered digital content is considered misuse of the chargeback system. We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute chargebacks
  • Provide proof of product delivery
  • Terminate accounts involved in fraudulent claims
